All sales are final, unless your item is damaged or there is a problem with your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom Orders

For custom orders, please provide as much detail as possible to ensure your order meets your expectation. Additionally, any order that requires more than two proof revisions will incur an additional design fee. Being specific when placing your order helps me to create what you are looking for the first time! You will receive a digital proof of your order. Once you approve the proof, you agree to pay for the item in full. Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final
